Includes in East Pshart. It is distinguished in 1967 by V.I. Dronev, recently studied by I.A. Gusev (1972).

Lithology and Thickness
In most cases consists of two horizons of volcanics, separated mainly by red-colored sandstones, gravelites, and conglomerates. The volcanics are mainly red-brown, less often gray and greenish-gray. By composition, among them, trachybasalts and mugearites, andesite-basalts, dolerites, essentially olivine basalts and dolerites are distinguished. Thickness of the lower horizon of volcanics is 20-100, the upper is 5-125 m, and the separating them red-colored layers are 50 - 100 m.
